In 2007, the Ad Council of Greater Rochester hosted CPGR staff and board members for a day-long Brand Development Workshop. The effort was designed to help us better understand our brand so we can better serve our consumers and community.
The workshop was attended by staff of all levels from across the agency, and each gave thoughts, input, and approval regarding our brand promise, brand essence, and brand personality. Discussion was not ended until everyone in the room felt comfortable with wording, direction, and meaning. |
