What is a brand?

A brand is more than just our logo, tagline, or the services we provide. It is the sum of everything about us: our culture; our history; our marketing and communications efforts; our employees; our programs; everything. It is both what we provide to our consumers and what our consumers, and the greater community, experience and think about us. It is the first thing people think about when our name is mentioned, and it is everything by which people remember us.

It is important to note that this brand framework does not replace our mission or vision statements. Rather, it works in conjunction with our mission and vision statements to help us define our work, our role in the community, and where we want to go as an agency.
