Legacy Breakfast

April 21
8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Bausch & Lomb Wintergarden, 1 Bausch & Lomb Place, Rochester, NY

Former participants, board members, employees, and supporters of
Eastside Community Center, Genesee Settlement House, Lewis
Street Center, and The Community Place of Greater Rochester were invited to our legacy breakfast to celebrate 100 years of
service to the Rochester community. The event gave an opportunity for old friends to reconnect and learn about the ways the settlement house tradition is still thriving today.

The event also featured special guest speaker Bishop Matthew Clark, who spoke about the partnership between Rochester's settlement houses and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester that stretches back decades. Mary Hannick, former executive director of Genesee Settlement House, and Jack Quinn, former executive director of Lewis Street Center, also spoke.
