
There are many ways you can help The Community Place fulfill its mission of strengthening our community. Here are a few:

Family Day Care Bilingual Case Worker
(Full-time) Provide in-home support to family child care providers participating in the child care food program (CACFP), monitor meals, oversee paperwork, and data entry.
Director of Marketing and Communications
(Full-time) Responsible for leading the agency’s branding efforts, planning strategic marketing direction, and implementing external and internal communications strategies, including media relations.
Summer Traveling Camp Site Manager
(Full-time, seasonal) Under the direct supervision of the Director of Leadership and Character Development, the Camp Director is responsible for the daily operation of summer camp.
Youth Specialist (Summer Programs)
(Full-time, seasonal) Work as a team member to provide positive social enhancement, academic, and vocational development to youth from various ethnic backgrounds.
Eldersource Care Manager for Aging Services Department
(Part-time, 20 hours/week) Work in collaboration with Eldersource to
ensure seniors receive entitlements, provide and coordinate information and referral services; assist with access to systems; act as resource person to community groups associated with senior services; conduct home visits and follow-up on clients including observing, investigating and reporting conditions needing attention.
Youth Worker for the Developmentally Disabled
(Part-time) Responsible to work as a team member to provide positive social enhancement to inner city youth coming from various ethnic backgrounds with a developmental disability.
Developmentally Disabilities Medicaid Service Coordinator
(Full-time) Provide individual case management services and develop and provide education programs to address specific client needs.
Life Coach (Youth Development Services)
(Part-time) Develops, leads, implements, monitors and evaluates after school programs for assigned groups of youth in accordance with the division’s strategic plan.
Youth and Family Support Specialist
(Full-time) Responsible for completing assessments and developing and monitoring implementation of plans for youth program participants in accordance with the division’s strategic plan.
Driver/Cleaner-Housekeeper/Receptionist Per Diem Positions
(Per diem) Per diem employees are responsible for performing a variety of duties in connection with the day-to-day operations of the agency.
