Meet the Candidates Night Sponsored by
The Community Place

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (October 22, 2007) – The Community Place of Greater Rochester will hold a “Meet the Candidates” Night Tuesday, October 23 rd, at 5:45 p.m. at St. Mark’s and St. John’s Episcopal Church, 1245 Culver Road.

The event will provide a forum for candidates vying for a wide range of local offices. Mike Green (District Attorney), Side Farber (Family Court Judge), Joe Nesser (Family Court Judge), Brian Callahan (City Council), Priscilla Cromer (City School Board), Melisza Campos (City School Board), and Charles Crimi, Jr. (City Court Judge) are among the candidates who will be attending.

The event, which The Community Place holds annually, draws a large crowd of community members from the northeast quadrant of the city. The Community Place hopes that those in attendance will learn how the candidates’ policies will directly affect them and understand how they can use their power as voters to shape the political and social landscape of their community. Refreshments will be served.
