ROCHESTER, N.Y. (November 6, 2007) – Two members of The Community Place of Greater Rochester’s board of directors were recognized as honorees of the 13th annual Rochester Business Journal Forty Under 40 awards. Todd Levin, the vice president of marketing and sales for Alleson Athletic, and Brian O’Sullivan, the president and owner of Frontier Abstract and Research Services Inc., were both honored. The awards are given each year to forty leaders under the age of 40 who have made an impressive contribution to the Rochester community.
Levine is responsible for all sales and marketing functions for all three of Alleson Athletic’s major divisions, including Alleson Athletic, Alleson Cheerleading, and Warrior Hockey, Lacrosse and Outerwear. He also manages the sales force, produces marketing strategy and materials, and sets the strategic sales plan. In addition to his service on the board of directors at The Community Place, Levine is a board member of the Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong and a co-executive director of the William and Mildred Levine Foundation.
As president and owner of Frontier Abstract, O’Sullivan plans and implements strategic objectives, develops the budget, oversees operations, and reviews financials. In addition to serving on the executive committee and development committee of the board of directors at The Community Place, O’Sullivan is a board member, human resource committee member, and agency advancement committee member of Mary Cariola Children’s Center Inc.
The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc. is a nonprofit provider of neighborhood-based human services that offers a variety of programs and services to individuals, families, children, the aging, and the developmentally disabled living in the greater Rochester area. The Community Place was formed from the merger of the former Lewis Street Center, Genesee Settlement House, and Eastside Community Center. 2007 marks The Community Place’s centennial.
