Legacy Breakfast to Bring Together Alumni to Celebrate
100 Years of Service to the Community

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (April 16, 2007)- The Community Place of Greater Rochester is holding a Legacy Breakfast on April 21 to celebrate its centennial. The event, which will be held at the Bausch & Lomb Wintergarden (1 Bausch & Lomb Place, Rochester, NY), is open to all former participants, board members, employees, and supporters of Genesee Settlement House, Eastside Community Center, Lewis Street Center, and The Community Place. The event is free, but attendees must register by calling 585-327-7200 or writing to ethomas@communityplace.org.

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., and the event will run until approximately 11:00 a.m. The Community Place is hoping to spread the word about the event to all alumni that were connected to each of the former organizations so they can help us celebrate 100 years of service to the Rochester community.

Bishop Matthew Clark will be the special guest speaker, and recognition will be given to all former executive directors at each of the organizations. For more information about the event or to register, please contact Eric Thomas at 585-327-7200 or ethomas@communityplace.org.
